Technology plays an important role in Dr. Tabanella Clinic. A state-of-the-art low-radiation and high-resolution machine allows a virtual journey into patient's tissues. High definition 3D X-ray images are transmitted real time to monitors allowing a simultaneous analysis of each clinical case. This results in a precise and immediate diagnosis and therefore a more sophisticated and precise treatment planning. The resulting images are used for a better implant placement, for an ideal surgical planning in order to avoid damaging vital structures such as nerves and finally for a minimally invasive approach. The CAD CAM technology is used then to build unique prosthetic components for each patient and therefore obtain aesthetic and biomimetic results.

It is obvious that diagnosis always passes through observation, but not only. During patient’s treatment a light source is of importance to obtain the best visibility and operate without margin of error.
A simple object like a lamp can actually make the difference in medical “enturage": this scialytic lamp (lamp used in the surgery rooms) exploits technologies that permits to have contrasted and deep vision.
This lamp automatically adapts the light intensity when it "reads" a possible lack of lighting, changes the temperature of the light beam to allow optimal contrast (more contrast means greater ease of grasping the spatial depth for the doctor) and ultimately the LED technology that allows to have a very low operating temperature (with the classic old-style lamps you feel the beam of light that heats you).

Modern DC technology ensures high repeating accuracy of the radiation dose, ensuring reliable image quality. At the same time, it reduces the patient's dose by over 25% compared to traditional AC generators, increasing safety for patients and the technicians / collaborators of the study.
Thanks to the development of the VistaScan, it is possible to make the most of all the advantages of imaging plate technology, such as exposure range, wide grayscale, high local resolution, low radiation dose, making this technology even more interesting than other sensor technologies.
An eye to ecology: the phosphor films can be exposed and re-used several hundred times. Radiographic development chemists are not required; supply and disposal are thus lost, giving a hand to the environment.
